4CTechnologies was contracted to develop a “bug tracking” system for a popular manufacturing and servicing company.  The Bug Tracker system would allow the administrative team, entrusted with the responsibility of handling various issues, to assign tasks and engineers to projects and denote levels of severity.   This program functions closely as a “help desk” application, as it was primarily dedicated to assigning issues with various on-going projects.  This site was also web enabled to provide more efficient global access.

The 4CDesignWorks team branded the application with a unique and custom skin, which emphasized the sorting and searching features while playing up the fun yet practical “bug tracking” capability.
