Faced with an aggressive deadline for a website and identity (branding) launch, based on upcoming publicity, 4CDesignWorks was contacted by the founders of Dinner for 8. The immediate need was for a unique visual approach to their (at the time) existing identity. While reviewing various directions and concepts, supportive material was presented as part of the identity to show how the preferred logo could be applied. These suggested mock-ups became the basis for supportive marketing collateral.

The logo design won a GDUSA American Graphic Design Award as well as a Gold Mar Com Award, while the brochure won an additional American Graphic Design Award in the Sales & Self Promotion category.

Dinner for 8 is a unique way to meet new people. It offers a low-key, low-pressure social event to help cultivate personal relationships in small groups… over dinner! It is also a great way to experience the region’s new restaurants and Pittsburgh’s local cuisine.
