Residential Strategies needed a new look for not only themselves, but also their sister company School District Strategies.  Being sister companies, the two entities wanted to reflect their unity while still highlighting the differences.  Their request, essentially, was to create two brand identities that were the “same” but “different.”  The website, logos and stationary items required an update.

While they were in discussions with 4Ctechnologies to update their online application, 4CdesignWorks began work on their branding refresh. New logos were developed for both RSI and SDS showing a visual simularity followed by stationery, tradeshow materials, and finally websites for both entities.

Both Residential and School District Strategies were honored with an American Graphic Design Award for Letterhead & Stationary Design, while an individual award was won for the RSI website.

Residential Strategies, Inc. provides detailed housing market information gathered from its proprietary census of residential construction activity through regular subscription services.  Clients are invited to a quarterly seminar attended by top executives in the new home industry.  RSI also meets with its clients in quarterly consulting sessions.

Additionally, RSI provides individualized reports on specific new home developments.  RSI’s affiliate company, School District Strategies, LLC assists school districts with enrollment forecasting and facility planning.
