As we enter 2024, we are taking some time to reflect on 2023 and another excellent year for 4CDesignWorks recognition. We are recognized for a variety of projects ranging from logo and branding, to website designs and/or redesigns, to marketing strategy. We are honored to be awarded by these various entities and considered a top organization to partner with.
Highlighted in this post are winning projects, a bit of information on each, and the awards they have received.
2023 Hermes Awards
At the beginning of each year (sometimes seeming ages ago) The Hermes Awards take place. These winning projects fall into corporate branding/rebranding, graphic design, and website redesign categories.
PWCampbell’s New Logo wins Gold
The Corporate Identity/Company Branding was a big change for this respected financial institution construction company. 4CDesignWorks simplified the logo which played a key part in the overall brand update, corporate materials, and the award-winning website redesign (we’ll get to that later).
Clear Creek Systems Website Redesign wins Gold
This project showcases a sweeping visual enhancement can make a big difference. Winning in the “Website Overall” category the transformation this corporate website took a standard appearance and created something memorable through revised colors, custom icons, reorganized navigation, and more interesting photo treatments.

Lodovico & Associates Corporate Collateral wins Honorable Mention
We have been working with Lodovico & Associates to rebuild their brand through corporate graphic design, website, and supportive marketing endeavors. Outside of consistent electronic sign graphics and animations, 4C provided a complete revision to their collateral suite. These include one pagers that include tax tips and provided services.

Hermes Creative Awards is an international competition for creative professionals. Hermes winners are evaluated in digital platforms and traditional marketing. Judges of this competition assess branding, logo design, publications, business collateral, websites, videos, advertising, marketing, and communication programs.
2023 DotCOMM Awards
The dotCOMM Awards is a recognized international competition that focuses on web creativity and digital communications. Entries come from a variety of companies ranging from digital advertising agencies, PR and digital firms, marketing boutiques, and even freelancers.
3R Sustainability Wins Platinum for Website Redesign
This is another of our multi-generational sites. With this version, we worked closely with the experts at 3R to determine how to link service pages, articles, and impact areas for a more focused user experience. The redesign focused on nature shots and better reflect the companies reports and materials.
The Little Fox – Toby’s Foundation Wins Gold for Non-profit Website
This non-profit was entering a big year for growth and extended outreach. To co-inside with big announcements for the year and beyond, our long-term collaborator and co-founder of The Little Fox reached out to 4CDesignWorks to rebuild the website. The rebuild includes an interactive map of national grief retreat locations, compartmentalizing important topics through groups of “heal”, “help”, and “Learn” for easy user browsing, as well as a visual update for the brand by using selected colors, new textures, script typography, and logo revisions for navigation display.

PWCampbell Website receives Honorable Mention For Overall Website Design
The PWCampbell project continues to gain recognition in the three key areas of logo design, branding, and website design. We are proud of the overall work created to support this client and share the affinity for colors (red, black, and white will always be great).

2022 Marcom Awards
The MarCom Awards, one of the largest, most-respected creative competitions in the world, has been honoring excellence in the marketing & communication industry since 2004. 4CDesignWorks have been active participants every year since 2009! MarCom Awards goal is to recognize the creativity, hard work, and generosity of various industry professionals. Nearly 6,000 print and digital entries are submitted each year from dozens of countries.
MarCom, dotCOMM, and the Hermes Awards are administered by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (AMCP).
SMPS Pittsburgh 30 Years Event Promotion Wins Platinum for Strategic Communications for a Special Event
As proud Pittsburghers, we were thrilled to be the agency recommended to pull together advertisements, social graphics, logo and brand work to celebrate this special milestone.

Johnstown Symphony Orchestra Wins Gold for Branding Refresh
The arts are a part of the fiber of many communities in our region. Working with the dedicated marketing staff at JSO, we were able to execute a branding refresh that wasn’t a total overhaul and provided a streamlined approach to various supportive materials. A comprehensive branding guide was also assembled to help support this new vision.

2023 GDUSA American Graphic Design Awards
The GDUSA American Graphic Design Awards commends notable creative works for all industries created by all types of design entities. Celebrating it’s 60th year, 4C joined over 14,000 firms and agencies and won for seven (7) projects! Sheesley + Associates 5 Years Anniversary Logo
Another anniversary milestone for our clients recognized for superb design. Coincidence? We think not! This forward-thinking engineering agency deserves to celebrate with a matching logo design.
NGE Consulting 3.0 Website Design
For nearly a decade, we have been working with NGE. Their third generation website was recognized for some sharp (pun intended) angular patterns, environmental color palette, dimensional logo overlap, and earthy textures.
