Five years have passed since the last major company milestone that 4CDesignWorks helped successfully spearhead, with the prior Art Deco-influenced “70 Years” anniversary mark that was created, and 4CDesignWorks was again tasked with developing a mark to commemorate the occasion, along with creating materials, apparel, website and print applications, as well as advertising to promote the anniversary.
New Branding & Logo Development
Five years can go by quickly, and a company can experience a good amount of change. In the case of A. Martini & Co., the leadership structure expanded to include two Vice Presidents that have been with the company, and marketing discussions revolved around what efforts could be done to help showcase this change for the company. Advertising in the local Breaking Ground magazine has become commonplace among the AEC (Architecture/Engineering/Construction) industry leaders around Pittsburgh, and A. Martini & Co. wanted to utilize their ad space to present the new leaders as well as the 75th anniversary.
The result of the full-page ad was a true celebration showing some key points over the family company history within 3 photos, with a “feature” photo showing the current leader group, including the Martini brothers. Internally, the ad was so well received that it was reformatted to two different sizes to be framed and hung at home offices, while an oversized poster was produced to be hung in the main office in Verona, PA.
The applications extended into the history microsite as well as the main website online, while other applications were printed including a holiday card which featured a quote from Angelo “Senior” and act as a holder for a commemorative Apple AirTag holder. Also produced were thank you notecards.
