4CDesignWorks was contacted to create a name and brand for the company. Various names, colors, fonts and designs were considered before the final brand and “look” was established. To promote the brand in a fun way, a “mascot” was developed to be the face of the company. This mascot was named “Fred” and his appearance and overall personalization was intended to promote the brand and the various activities connected to the fundraising platform.
The teams at 4CTechnologies and 4CDesignWorks were heavily involved in the launch of the company and eCommerce-based website that includes the ability to create, edit, manage and share campaigns for various fundraising activities. The site launched a beta to coincide with the national March basketball tournament before rolling out derby, football, and baseball “Crazrs,” along with a refined User Interface (U.I) that highlighted a ticket visual harking back to an older way to raise money for organizations.
The hard work paid off in the form of two GDUSA American Graphic Design Awards for the eCommerce Website design and the logo design. The logo also received a Hermes award (Honorable Mention in the logo design category).
FundCrazr is a web-based fundraising, ecommerce and social sharing platform that allows organizations across the country to manage every aspect of their fundraising campaign from start to finish, featuring an attractive discount program called CrazrSavr.
