The Medicine Stop engaged the team at 4CDesignWorks to help with local awareness and marketing programs. The engagement began with an analysis of their diverse market areas in the North Hills of Pittsburgh and Brownsville to better understand the demographics and target market in the communities they serve.
From this analysis, provided by our sister division, 4CGeoWorks, we were able to work with the client to develop a comprehensive marketing plan that was put into action.
This plan included a secret shoppers survey of their two offices. This led to a new brand and identity to update their public facing image. Direct mail, billboard, print and social media efforts were also completed, as well as the development of a new program and logo for “Meds Together,” their new synchronization program. eMail signatures and a website review were also completed as part of the program.
