SRI worked with 4CDesignWorks to develop their latest corporate website as a first step to overhauling their web presence. The next step was to extend the update to their training site while maintaining the brand messaging and consistency of display into this “sister site.”

The top priority and goal of is a straightforward one: make it easier for individuals interested in standards training to find and register for courses.  Eventually, this website transitioned into requiring a new brand and website dubbed “iQ Training” for more on that 4C project visit the iQ.Training portfolio page.

The latest SRI Courses web presence provides quick access to the upcoming courses throughout the site by way of a listing and calendar display. The workflow for registering was also made faster by prominently featuring a ‘register now’ button action on the various steps to review the training session (from the course schedule listing and the event itself).

A second key goal of the website was to communicate why SRI is the resource to use for training. To promote the various benefits, an overview page was created that targets four potential users: those that are wanting to get up-to-date on particular standards, new employees looking to gain knowledge, new customers or products, and added business locations.

These targeted users are also provided with training plans that make it easy to get started, helping guide them through the courses most relevant to them, rather than getting stuck at the beginning or possibly taking courses that may not be relevant to their position.

SRI Quality System Registrar has over the years developed  training sessions that allow attendees to work directly with their lead auditors get the most out of the course through a collaborative face-to-face session.
