New Branding Development
The marketing team at Meyer Unkovic & Scott trusted their long term relationship with 4CDesignWorks and turned to them to provide branding support for their in-house title agency, TrueNorth Settlement. This group provides real estate settlement services in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia and is an established and independent entity. They offer “one stop shop” support for clients in property sales, title searches, and closing documentation, offering convenience as an extension of the firm’s tenured legal services.
A recent move to a new office prompted the need to give TrueNorth their own identity and unique brand in a short timeframe. The management team at TrueNorth was tapped as decision-makers to begin the process and provide initial input.
Applications were limited to start, extending to #10 envelopes, mailing labels, and letterhead for basic day-to-day communication.
The Brand
Some considerations were given towards synergy with the new Meyer, Unkovic & Scott branding, such as colors, logotype font, and even the possibility of the logo artwork being featured together. This made the process move quickly, as much of this work had been done for the very recent rebrand efforts.
The options were presented showing the logo design direction and the applied letterhead, label, and envelope. Due to the desired deadlines, the design options were presented via Teams, and the PDF file was provided for further review and independent consideration by the decision-makers.
A selection was made with only a few refinements to the stationery. The entire process from design to presentation to obtaining print quotes and eventual production took about 2 and a half weeks (had it not been around some holiday time, it would have been even faster)!
