Altitude Builds with Confidence (and 4CDesignWorks)
In 2024, the principal of Altitude reached out to the 4CDesignWorks team to begin the process of improving their online presence, as well as addressing a few immediate needs. With their knowledge and experience within the construction sector, 4CDesignWorks was up for the challenge of elevating this business venture.
Website Support
Phase 1: Microsite
To start with, hosting options were reviewed and selected based on the estimated growth needed in the short-term future of a few years. Initially, the website was to be a more direct one-page microsite intended to be a direct means to capture contact submissions. After a little bit of review and work on possible content, 4CDesignWorks was able to expand that to be a slim website that incorporated a services overview, the introduction (home) page, the team page (with brief bios), and a contact page.
Phase 2: Expanded Pages
This initial build expanded to include a dedicated careers page complete with a dedicated application form for specific open positions, a request a speaker page (and corresponding request form), a case study download page, in addition to regular updates to the team page as the company grows.
Phase 3: Continued Growth & Support
As time progressed and the Altitude team grew to include additional branding and marketing leads, 4CDesignWorks contributed by acting as an extension of the Altitude team. Using revised guidelines and live feedback in collaborative efforts to create more in-depth services pages, completely revise the home page, create a dedicated branding case study page, train marketing team members in the WordPress CMS, and provide input for ongoing marketing efforts such as social posting strategy, outbound communications, client testimonials, and CRM-related tasks.
4CDesignWorks also helps to develop compelling, publication-ready articles, identifying banking trends and industry hot topics. The end goal is to secure media placements and grow the company’s visibility. This helps to further establish Altitude management as trusted thought leaders and experienced design-build professionals.
Social Support
Expanding from supporting the website, 4CDesignWorks was also engaged to handle the marketing messaging, copy, and graphics for their social networks – specifically LinkedIn. As part of the strategy to stay on task, regular meetings are held to approve the content timeline, what is written, and when it gets posted.
Corporate Materials & Design Support
As part of the initial needs, creating some tailored messaging was one of the first requests. This was done in the form of “thank you” notecards as well as a tearpad holding branded sheets that are used as personalized messages and handwritten notes for various purposes. Immediately needed after that was a supportive flyer, closely followed by a whitepaper case study sheet on the topic of ITMs (Interactive Teller Machines). Later, this ITM whitepaper case study was used within the website, extending its use.
Presentations
Presentations are vital to any company pitching services. For Altitude, they required a branded master template that could be customized to their clients’ needs. In addition, a presentation that focuses on the generational impact on the banking industry. How preferences shape institutions’ next steps as they look toward the future, and how they can cater to those segments.
