You are then presented with a service order and statement of work that outlines the requirements of the project, the deliverables and the timeline.

You will likely find that we won’t be the least expensive firm, but we won’t be the most expensive either. We focus on providing value to our clients and reward them with a high-quality creative output that often stands the test of time.

We typically charge for our services by the hour, with additional options for retainer agreements, pay in advance, and fixed price services. Our creative product is highly customized to your industry and your competitive differentiator. We have never turned a client away because of budget reasons; we always seem to find a way to work it out.

Strategic Planning & Marketing Pricing

Looking for a partnership that acts as an extension of your marketing team, guidance and/or another viewpoint outside of your company, or just need to have a roadmap drawn up for you based on your business plan? You’ve come to the right place! These services are often the starting point to our engagements and the touch points and key needs are identified at the beginning of our partnership.

Depending on your organization’s size, needs, and deliverables, the price will adjust accordingly, based on time and materials. We can develop a marketing plan or a company-wide SWOT Analysis to get your management team moving in the right direction. We can complete an analysis of your competition. We can perform complete employee or client interviews — or digital surveys. We have also done secret shopper surveys. Our findings are reported in a formal management presentation with a written report.

These planning services are often bundled with others (such as branding, graphic design, and/or website services) for project needs, because they go hand-in-hand, and as such we can offer more attractive pricing.

Pricing for Branding Engagements

From company logos, rebrands, anniversaries, safety badges, product branding, truck wraps, and service marks…our identity experience is robust and varied. There is more that goes into our branding services than initially meets the eye. We take care to see how you stack up visually against the competitors you’ve outlined. We focus on color, font, and other design attributes. We also look at national brands in the same industry and we also try to feature a key company differentiator or attribute. One of our graphic artists will work from raw sketches to begin the design process. We typically develop a handful of initial logo ideas and further refine your favorite marks, taking into consideration your input.

Applications

One of the hallmarks of our service is that we make sure you see your new brand in “the wild” – in the various environments you will encounter. This is often called your visual identity.

This extra effort helps with your final decision. You will also see your new brand in various lock ups and sizes. Upon final approval, we are also able to develop a company branding guide, packaging up your logo in the various file formats for reproduction (EPS, PNG, and JPG in CMYK and/or RGB formats). Finally, we can also provide recommendations for phasing in your new brand, and how the rollout and timing could/should be considered as part of your marketing program.

Pricing for our branding services varies depending on timing, needs, and deliverables. However, a significant difference between 4C and other firms is we take the time to meet with you to better understand your positioning and requirements prior to providing an estimate.

Website Pricing

When you build a new house, the process starts with a blueprint or plan before any construction can take place. We approach each website project in the same way. We can’t provide prices until we know what we are building. Is this a brand-new website build? A Rebuild? A Microsite? A sister website? Have you discussed exactly what you’d like to build? Do you have the draft of the site navigation complete? Some idea of content?

Website Builds

On the low end, websites can range from as little as $5,000 for a small business, to as high as $35,000 or more for a more complex site depending on your needs, the size of the site, needed forms, and tool integration.

Website Domain, Hosting, and Security

We can recommend domain registrars, hosting vendors, and security options, but believe that YOU should have as much control over your website as possible. We do not want to “hold your website hostage” and force you to pay us for this service.

Website Maintenance

We offer support to maintain and update websites either on demand or as part of our check-in program for websites we help redesign and launch.

Graphic Design Pricing

A natural extension of our website design and branding services is the ability to meet your graphic design needs, both digital and traditional. In many cases, this involves a repurposing of the content and the brand we are already managing. We typically get involved with projects like stationery and business cards, marketing collateral materials, proposal design, PowerPoint templates, print ads, signage, case studies, billboards, tradeshow booths, pull-up banners, etc.

Collaboration & Understanding

A big difference between 4C and other firms is we take the time to meet with you and better understand your positioning and requirements prior to providing an estimate. We can also meet with your printer or vendor and see the project through to completion. We will collaborate with you on quantities, paper selection, press checks, and delivery as needed.

If you are interested in using 4C for multiple services, we can offer price breaks based on the quantity of work or the length of time needed to complete the project.
