Custom Manufacturing Marketing Presence from Zero to Hero
Bova Corp. came to 4CDesignWorks as a nearly “blank slate” and needed a web presence that would act as the company’s first online experience, having handled all forms of sales and marketing in the traditional sense – through face-to-face meetings, printed hardcopy materials (such as business cards), and a strong ‘word of mouth’ client-base.
Phased Approach
A microsite was created as a first-step approach as the company continued to experience growth over the years. With a campus location expansion completed the time came to do the same to renovate the microsite and build out a more complete website.

Custom Fabrication Website Redesign
Building a site that has a rich appearance with a strong sense of the custom fabrication that Bova Corp. is known for, dark colors of brushed steels and blacks were balanced by full-color photography. The microsite also features a unique navigation set that scrolls the full view as the user navigates down through the website.
Technology Investment
Bova Corp. engaged with 4C because of the custom-application software development capabilities of our sister company, 4CTechnologies. To date, 4CTechnologies has built a robust online estimating tool that can be accessed on a mobile device and from the office. It ensures projects are approved and vetted before material orders are placed. It also helps close the loop between billing and accounting processes.

The original microsite received recognition in the form of a GDUSA American Graphic Design Award, as well as a Platinum DotComm award for the categories of online website design and microsite specific sites!
